We genuinely want you to be completely satisfied with your Tria Causa purchase.
Exchanges and Store Credit
To ensure your happiness, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that at this time, we do not provide refunds.
• All returns and exchanges require our prior approval. We happily accept approved exchanges for items originally bought on triacausa.com.
• We will cover the cost of shipping only if we made an error and sent you the wrong item.
• For the protection of both your jewelry and the package, we will issue you an insured Return Label to ensure its value is fully covered during transit.
• Items requested for exchange will be inspected upon return before being accepted. Once accepted, the exchange or store credit will be processed, excluding the original and return shipping fees.
Important Guidelines for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please ensure your merchandise meets the following criteria:
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• It must include the original Tria Causa box and pouch.
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or any damage will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Exceptions (Final Sale Items):
Please understand that the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit:
• Engraved or embossed products.
• Custom and personalized products, including initials, lettering, birthstones, and custom sizes.
• Any variation in size, color, or customization that is not available for "as-is" purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
• Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
Special Note on Rings:
Due to the size variations, all rings ordered online are considered special orders. If you request an exchange, or if you need to cancel a ring that is still in production, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Tria Causa reserves the right to decline any exchange or repair if the purchase does not meet the requirements listed above. This policy applies only to purchases made directly on triacausa.com.
Easy Exchange Process
To complete an approved exchange:
1. Place your jewelry and your exchange form inside a shipping box. The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
2. Attach the pre-paid label we provided to the outside of the shipping box.
3. Take your packaged box to the appropriate carrier (UPS or FedEx), depending on the label provided.
Shipping Fees for New Orders:
• Domestic Exchanges: You will be charged for shipping on your new order if the total is under $500.
• International Orders: You will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of your new order.
